Really impressed with this hose reel. The wall-mounted design keeps everything neat and tidy, and the auto rewind feature makes using it so much easier. The 180° swivel is very convenient for reaching different areas of the garden without hassle. The spray gun has multiple settings and works really well for different watering tasks. Great quality, easy to use, and definitely a useful addition for any garden.

Perfect daily use hose reel for garden and car wash. Good length and quality is also very good, hose reel is retractable which is really good function. Easy to fix on wall mount, very happy with the purchase.

Installed in no time (use the grouting gaps for an easier install instead of drilling the brick if installing in brick wall!)Looks good, works really well so far. Only thing is I'm a little dubious about the plastic pin that holds this thing and helps it swivel, I'm just not sure it will survive over time, not sure why they don't make these metal...Very happy overall, using this everyday and it's a breeze to use.

This is a great product. Quite hard to pull out,but I manage and I’m 84 Looks very neat when folded back. I am very pleased with it.

Easy to install and seem sturdy, it retracts without a problem, BUT the hose kinks in multiple places every time we use it, so I have to pull it to the length I need, get it where I want it and then walk back un-kinking it which is frustrating.

Excellent product great value speedy delivery easy to install we bit hard to pull on until to get the hag of it.. all in in great job..

Once mounted it works well but only tested the once so far.It pulls out smoothly and retracts well enough.It is very heavy once used as the whole length of the hose is now filled with water which adds about 4kg to the weight.Almost non existent instructions are just plain wrong asking you to drill 8mm holes to fit 10mm plugs.But is is a reasonable price and did not leak on first use so if it continues to prove itself durable I will be very satisfied.Time will tell.

Works fine good length 30m simple to install. Quite heavy but fine on brick wall. Good that it is able to be taken off the wall for winter.

It does what it needs to.It does rewind but sometimes takes a few try’s.Just long enough. I suggest you measure before buying, what your min length would be. Can be deceptive
