UK delivery

We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

Next-business-day delivery for eligible lighter items

Order before 3:00 p.m. UK time, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m., at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For example, an eligible order placed at 2:00 p.m. on Monday is due on Tuesday. An eligible order placed before 3:00 p.m. on Friday is due on Monday, unless it is a public holiday.

Heavy and bulky items

Heavy items use our separate standard delivery service, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days. The next-business-day offer does not apply to these items.

This includes our 2.7m tilting garden parasols, sets of two extra-wide zero gravity garden recliners, 4ft and 6ft folding trestle tables, and 70 × 30 × 135cm wooden planters with trellis, including the grey version.

Your delivery estimate

Please check the shipping option and delivery estimate shown at checkout for your items. Orders containing items from different delivery groups may arrive separately. Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays or unexpected carrier delays.
