Does the job, for best results use the backside of a normal rake to spread the soil first then the levelling rake works much better.Easy to assemble and durable

A must for big garden projects. Levels more than soil.

I'm very happy with this item. As well as a whole house renovation I'm doind a total garden renovation as well due to digging down for a new footpath and the grass being as pot hole filled as the UK roads are.It was easy to assemble however the parts keep coming undone no matter how tight you do then up which is quite annoying so I resorted to glueing then in place. The fact that the handle is in multiple bits makes it usable for people of any height.It was on a limited deal when I got it making it good value for money compared to others.A couple of good tips for use1. If your spreading wheelbarrow loads of soil around. Use a normal rake to spread it a bit first then use this to level it out.2. Compact the soil and repeat.3. Leave it for a day or 2 then go over again and it will be totally levelIt will also drag along stones and other debris that help you clear the area out.It can also be used to spread type 1 hardcore
