Adjustable Flame Weed Burner – Garden Torch

Ordered 2 of these as the valve on my identical older one gave out after a few years.Both are working fine. Would recommend.

Works a dream , bye bye dry weeds

This weed burner is effective & easy to use but it has a desigh fault. The has bottle locator is soft plastic & is easily sheard when fitting the gas bottle, I have three friends who have all sheared this locator! It does not take much pressure when fitting the gas cylinderIf this was made from a harder plastic it would be an excellent buy as once sheared the burner. Is useless

This was bought to burn the weeds on our inter block path. It is very easy to use and ignites really well with quite a powerful flame. Burns the weeds no problem. Would recommend this burner.

Husband loves it

Powerful flame, works well, lights immediately. It replaces one I bought 4 years ago which started to leak. So far so good.

This looked like a good product what they failed to say is you have to use butain cartidge with a baynet connector. My cannisters and all the ones i tried to buy retail from B&Q etc have scew connectors. I bought what i thought was an adaptror to be able to use but it didnt work. Dissapointed

The product is very good when I got, I am on prime but waited over a week for delivery so ended up buying another one

The weed burner did not work. I repeatedly tried to get it to light up using the built-in ignition, an arc lighter and safety matches. I also tried various setting on the valve. I just cannot get it to provide a flame. Don't buy it.

Works perfectly.Have to get gas canisters with the correct bayonet fitting.

Good value weed burner

This burner is easier to use than my last one because its not as bulky or as heavy.

An ideal item most suitable for outdoor use. Straight forward to operate with care. Full instructions supplied.

The adaptor for the gas canister broke on my first attempt to use it. Quite cheap and fragileI have used a previous version of this burner for several years without any problem but this latest version comes with a detachable gas canister adaptor which is not as robust. Not worth the effort of returning for credit as it was cheap to buy in the first place. Would give zero stars if this was an option

The valve seal where the burner attaches to the gas canister is poor and ill-fitting IMO, requiring a good deal of effort to attach the canister.

Bought as present for my son but wasn't a hit.Quality not greatFunctionality not the best - even the smallest of weeds took ages to burn resulting in poor gas capacity.Should not claim it permanently kills weeds - it doesn't!Be mindful when igniting - check that the valve is set on the lowest setting as the flame can be quite powerful when fully turned on.Durability not the best as auto ignition failed second time used.

fitting was insecure and failed to hold the gas Gaz canisters in place. returned

They don’t last but needed with the canisters,Otherwise buy an electric one
