These are great at what they are made for, once in the ground / cement are solid - I do find that the gap between the uprights are larger than needed it would be better if the fitment was a little tighter.

Drill a larger hole and fill with very wet cement. Very strong and great for 4x4 posts

These fence post supports are hugely heavy duty, and the quality is solid, well made, and definitely built to be effective and substantial, while being long lasting.We have a few fences that aren't in their best shape, but rather than completely buying a new fence, these supports are absolutely ideal for what we wanted, as the actual fence panels are sound, and these are very easy to install and get the fence posts solidly in the ground.Really happy with these, and would definitely recommend as the quality is amazing.

Amazing value. Look strong and qell made

I used these U shaped post brackets to attached the post of my pergola to the ground, without the actually post touching the ground. They worked great. Now the posts aren't in the ground they should last a lot longer before they rot.To install the brackets I push them into freshly mixed concrete and then left them over night, as simple as that.The brackets are well made, thick steel, galvanised, so very ling lasting. Easy to bolt in after as well.Great value for money.

The weight alone gives confidence that they are designed for heavy-duty use and should last for many years without rusting.The design has a U-shape that fits standard 4" x 4" posts perfectly. Sturdy metal

These are beautifully solid, the box was extremely weighty considering there were only four supports in there. I want to make a temporary carport, using a post at each corner, with those lightweight sails stretched on, as I’ve seen in Oz, in my case, to stop the pigeons pooping over the car, while they do it to protect their cars from the sun fading the paintwork. I’m planning to dig four holes, pour cement in there, then plant these, hopefully truly vertical! They are very strong and should last many years, and with luck they’ll outlive me, as I’m in my 70’s, so it’s debatable which of us goes first :).

I’ve not actually used these brackets yet, but felt confident leaving a review, based purely on the weight of the box. They appear very sturdy and well made.I have no doubt they will be more than capable of the task for which they are intended.
