Only gave one star as I couldn't leave a zero rating. This company has no customer care at all. I advised I was unable to return faulty item due to disability and they were not prepared to assist. I would not recommend this company

Replacement line easy to put together sturdy

I have had this washing line for 6 weeks and it has stretched so badly it needs tightening up every time I use it.I wouldn't recommend it and would be returning if I could - my advice is spend more on a proper branded one - I'm going to have to buy another one and throw this one away.

Dreadful and a waste of money. The gaps between the rows of washing line are very narrow. Whenever clothes are hung to dry the line sags and finally it is not square, this becomes a problem as the 2 narrower ends then fold in on themselves. Absolute rubbish.

Described as 50m length however this is because the space between each line is about 1" leaving clothes in contact with each other. Each section isnt even wide enough to hold a double duvet sheet!!

Was good for the first year however line constantly sags now, needs tying each time we use it, exposed metal bits have rusted despite using protective cover when not in use and like itself has become 'sticky' to touch. Would expect a line to last longer than 2 years, wouldn't buy again.

This is not free from rust mine has just snapped at the bottom due to rust, only lasted 18 months which isn’t good enough.

Brilliant really easy to use and instaff feels very sturdy and the strong winds havent blown it over yet would definitely buy again

The washing line cables have gone loose very quickly and many have lost their ‘slack’

It works OK, but after two washes the line wouldn't erect. Had to get someone to come and force it up, and up it stays all the time.

Love that this washing pole has 4 sides! Easy to put up etc. down side the line is very flimsy and has a tendency to stretch, I’ve had to tighten mine 3 times already only had light used due to weather.

Arrived on time and nicely packaged but I regret not buying a better quality one. Very saggy line which I have to tighten every time I use it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointing, Flimsy construction very thin clothes lines, and lines much too short to hang sheets and Duvet covers on..

Not as strong as I was expecting. I have just noticed that one of the arms is bent. I like the black as it matches in with other items in the garden. Hopefully it will last longer than a season.

This product was flimsy and not for purpose, the liness were too close together and sagged.Very disppointing.It would be awkward for an old man like me to uproot this and wrap and send it back but I would like my money back.

Small, flimsy, will not support jeans, towels or duvet cover sufficiently. Don’t waste your money spend a bit more for better quality washing line. Delivery excellent from Amazon as always so 1 star.

The rope was not tightened on the Whirlie making it impossible to hang any clothes up which was a.real nuisance.

Good value comes with a cover !!
