Works well, much better than my old one.

Very good hose excellent quality very efficient and makes watering a large garden easy.

Hose very thin and lightweight. Drum not big enough for length of hose therefore hose jumped off when reeling out making use not easy. Would probably work if 10m of the hose was chopped off overall I was disappointed and returned it.

This is brilliant..but..it is a nightmare to wind back in. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Will do the job. The frame and fittings are bit cheap looking and plasticky but for the money it’s fine as long as it doesn’t start to leak. !

Loving it so far

The hosepipe and reel arrived on time and was easy to assemble although at first switch on no water came out.After investigation I found a kink in the hose and everything had been fine since.

Great hosepipe,fittings seem ok but reel case is a bit flimsy when you wind it back you have to put your foot on base.On the whole i think price paid the reel should be just a bit more robust.

Awful. When I bought it, it wasn’t as easy to assemble as they suggest. However I did it. Then the flow was slow and again I thought it was me. I then didn’t use it for weeks due to the extreme heat and not wanting to be outside when so hot to water garden. Thought I’d use it just now and it does not have any flow whatsoever. I am unable to return it as return window closed. Get automated response from Amazon and cannot contact the seller. Poor. Do not buy this. It is expensive and defective.

Frame not heavy enough, as when reeling the hose back in it takes more force than the trolley can cope with. So falls over. So if you’re guiding the hose as it goes back around the drum (which you need to do as otherwise it would all bunch in one side) if you’re not wearing gardening gloves it makes your hand sore unless you go really slowly. So you’re guiding the hose in with one hand turning the handle with the other, have your foot on the frame to steady it. I have kept it and I use it but if I was very elderly I believe I would struggle with that.

Easy to get started, just need to attach handles. Hose is difficult to wind back in, it gets very loose and doesnt rewind properly. Otherwise fine.

Plus points - it sprays well and has several different settings. Also, it doesn’t drip, which is what my last one did.Minus points - I find it very difficult to wind up as the outside of the pipe seems a bit “sticky.” The wheels seem surplus to requirement as you can’t wheel it very far.

Excellent value for money. Works efficiently and was easy to put together. Only negative is rolling it back up as it wants to go on one side every time, so you need to stop and guide the hose. Delivery was quick, on time and well packaged.

Good quality hose. Sprayer has many different functions. Worth the money.

Overall this is a pretty good product, even though I would say it's a little bit expensive. But if we really have to talk about the price, it's worth pointing out that with this product you're also getting a 30M hose pipe, so it's really up to you whether you need the reel cart or both. It's stable enough but you might still want to hold it down while you roll it and you have to use the hose for some time before it becomes easy to roll it back, but it will. The accessories are a nice extra, such as the spray gun with plenty of modes for any use you can think of. I like it, but if you already have a hose and don't need an extra one, maybe consider spending this much money on a sturdier reel cart.

So easy to manoeuvre, no resistance from the hose when you’re walking about, easy to use handle to reel it back again. After having trouble with expandable hoses busting after a few uses this is so robust and easy to wheel about, very happy

I cannot fault this hose excellent value for money , very easy to use and the quality is great no kinking of the hose , seems to be quite sturdy on the wheels glad I bought this hose and trolley very impressed.
