The chair is comfy to sit in. However, it is hard to recline it, and it doesnt stay reclined for more that 20 seconds! Its also rather heavy. I would not buy it

I can’t get the reclined position to stay put! Even when it’s locked in position, as soon as I sit on the chair, it goes back down!!!

I bought this to replace a similar ageing chair which had survived several salt-laden coastal years and I was impressed from the moment I pulled the plastic wrapping off. The frame is heavy. The fabric is firm and closely woven. The elastic cords stretching the fabric on to the frame are much thicker than those of its predecessor There is the usual pillow and there are clips which lock the chair into position and prevent it closing up with the sitter inside it. And a new feature - a plastic shelf which clips on to the frame and accommodates a drink, a phone, and perhaps a book. It was cheaper than its predecessor had been 3 years previously and I was impressed by the build quality and the thoughtful design. But, like its predecessor, it is black. Some chairs are available in other colours - but then, what is wrong with black? I could not be happier or more impressed.

Delivery on time but the product was all heavily scratched as the package was partially opened.The chair is ok, comfy and relaxing but it does not keep the position on reclined position.
